When the house was built the builders didn't do it correctly which caused issues and ended up ruining part of the floor as well. The new door and floor was installed in less than a week, and they made sure everything was up to our standards. The team was very accommodating in working with our schedules to get the repairs done in an efficient and thorough manner. Very pleased with the work done by MHIR. I had a rehab that was a complete gut and fix. Raul was on my project from start to finish and had it knocked out within about 4 weeks. Day one we walked the project and started ripping up floors. I will say that I could have used more pictures throughout the rehab and that I bought a few pieces that I couldn't use even though I sent pictures and measurements to everyone but other than that the house looks like a whole knew house. Modern recently helped us with a complete bath remodel. Modern not only brought excellent design ideas to maximize the space for our remodel, but they flawlessly executed the project from demolition to completion. Josh at Modern had a wonderful team of professionals assigned to our project. Teo, the project team lead for Modern, was remarkable in his ability to perform all aspects of the remodeling work with precision and excellence. Maria was terrific in supporting each phase of the remodel from day one. Zack was a terrific project manager who was responsive to our needs and kept an eye on the smooth progress of the project. All in all Modern did a wonderful job at a fair price and we truly love our new bathroom.
